It is essentially a Flakvierling 38 20mm AA gun mounted in the chassis of a Panzer IV tank, and as such is an excellent rapid-fire weapon capable of wiping out enemy infantry squads with ease, or causing damage to enemy light and medium vehicles. It has many advantages over the Flakvierling emplacement, not least of which is its ability to freely move around the battlefield to where it is needed.

The Tank Buster Heavy Infantry squad is a specialized anti-tank unit of Panzer Grenadiers, produced by the Panzer Elite. It is identical in almost every way to a Panzer Grenadiers squad outfitted with the Panzerschreck upgrade, with different production cost, name and uniforms. This small infantry unit is initially weak, but can gain a large number of special abilities thanks to various Panzer Elite Global Upgrades, eventually becoming one of the best Anti-Tank units in the game.

The Panzer IV Infantry Support Tank or Panzer IV IST is an anti-infantry medium tank, fielded by the Panzer Elite. An older model of the Panzer IV, this tank has a short 75mm cannon that fires high-explosive shells, primarily useful against infantry though it can penetrate rear tank armor at close ranges. As one of the better-armored core vehicles in the Panzer Elite arsenal, it is often the lead unit in any attack.

The Triage Center is an Infantry healing structure built by the American army in Company of Heroes. Its only purpose is to restore injured infantrymen back to full health, which it does at an impressive rate. This is similar to how engineering units repair damaged vehicles. The structure cannot reinforce infantry squads, nor does it revive infantry who have fallen in the field of battle (see Medic Station), but restoring infantry to full health extends their combat survivability - very important for an infantry-heavy faction like the American army.

The Medic Station is an infantry retrieval and reclamation building constructed by the American army in Company of Heroes. The two Medics attached to this structure will automatically seek out and retrieve wounded infantrymen. Once enough have been collected, the structure will spawn a fresh new Riflemen Squad, free of charge.

Commandos, or the Commando Squad, are a 6-man Elite Infantry unit fielded by the British army. This unit can be created behind enemy lines, and is one of the strongest close-combat infantry units in the game. It is used for disrupting enemy tactics and assaulting enemy positions, and has a significant number of special abilities to aid it with this task.
