計畫主旨

融通以下學習資源，以支援我國學校教育與終身學習進展：
1. 實驗教育：含實驗教育學校、機構、團體、個人自學生。
2. 終身學習機構：含社區大學、社教機構。
3. 地方政府及其附屬單位。
4. 體制學校：非實驗教育之大學、高中、國中、國小、幼兒園。
5. 非政府組織(NGO)：如 python 社群、科學教育基金會、科普雜誌出版社、…等。
6. 獨立教育工作者。
催生平台化的運作機制，以每年少許「補注」，達成平台、社群對抗折舊之目標。
透過分享精神及共享機制，減低教育資源的高低落差。
打造台灣成為一所沒有屋頂的大學校。

4.獨立教育工作者：獲得收入，發展合作網絡。(如結交一群人分工合作開設大課程)
