  1. 學習五要領:跟人學,掌握概念,用「表達」縫到自己身上,以行論知,彈性尺度
    • 跟人學:
      達人:師生之間本質上是資深學習者與資淺學習者的關係
      智群:多數情況下,一組人比一個人厲害。
    • 掌握概念:事實只是滿地碎片,需要選用適當、適量的概念,人才能掌握知識。好概念,有說明力。
    • 用「表達」把知識與技能縫到自己身上:就算寫出來的只有一句話都好。好的評量,能讓學習者再表達。記憶的機制。
    • 以行論知:西方人叫做中學。其實人只有到真正為目標而行動,而做出選擇的那一剎那,才會真正了解自己。
    • 彈性尺度:以上四點,要在合適的尺度內運行。為了達到尺度適當,我們會使用「運算思維」。
  2. 實驗教育、自造教育、自主學習
  3. 典範的三支腳:佔有資源(經濟、技術等物質層面)、與其他生命協作(社會、政治、典章制度)、與環境協作(文化、價值觀、意識形態)。三者必須配套成一組典範,而三者的演進節奏又不相同。
  4. 四種符號系統:自然語言及其文字、數學及科學、社會科學、藝術。
  5. 相乘五元素:學會=課程×教學×熱情×關係×價值投合
  6. 成本與願景:混搭
  7. 當代挑戰
