1. 學習五要領：跟人學，掌握概念，用「表達」縫到自己身上，以行論知，彈性尺度
   • 跟人學：
     達人：師生之間本質上是資深學習者與資淺學習者的關係
     智群：多數情況下，一組人比一個人厲害。
   • 掌握概念：事實只是滿地碎片，需要選用適當、適量的概念，人才能掌握知識。好概念，有說明力。
   • 用「表達」把知識與技能縫到自己身上：就算寫出來的只有一句話都好。好的評量，能讓學習者再表達。記憶的機制。
   • 以行論知：西方人叫做中學。其實人只有到真正為目標而行動，而做出選擇的那一剎那，才會真正了解自己。
   • 彈性尺度：以上四點，要在合適的尺度內運行。為了達到尺度適當，我們會使用「運算思維」。
2. 實驗教育、自造教育、自主學習
3. 典範的三支腳：佔有資源(經濟、技術等物質層面)、與其他生命協作(社會、政治、典章制度)、與環境協作(文化、價值觀、意識形態)。三者必須配套成一組典範，而三者的演進節奏又不相同。
4. 四種符號系統：自然語言及其文字、數學及科學、社會科學、藝術。
5. 相乘五元素：學會＝課程×教學×熱情×關係×價值投合
6. 成本與願景：混搭
7. 當代挑戰
